The Role: Client Experience Associate - Florida

As a Client Experience Associate, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and generating leads for our clients. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, taking inbound calls, capturing leads, taking orders, and scheduling appointments. Key Responsibilities:

• Take inbound customer calls and provide top-notch service to our clients
• Capture incoming leads and reputed company messages to clients in a fast-paced environment
• Work from your computer for the duration of your shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Be available to work a minimum of 8 hours on Fridays, Saturdays, and Mondays
