About Your Work

The Appointment Scheduler role is a critical component of our patient care efforts, working closely with administrative, clinical, and management teams to ensure seamless support for our patients. Under general supervision, you will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, conducting outbound calls to prospective patients, handling objections, and tracking scheduling metrics. Your role will also involve registering patients, confirming insurance coverage, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients to schedule clinical assessment appointments, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to overcome scheduling challenges.
• Register patients for their appointments, ensuring accuracy in insurance coverage and patient demographic information.
• Provide support for incoming calls and correspondences, including scheduling, confirming appointments, and triaging calls for the clinical team.
