Your primary goal will be to create memorable customer experiences, build strong relationships, and drive customer satisfaction.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in the skincare, e-commerce, and beauty industries. As a part-time role requiring 20 hours of commitment per week, you will have the flexibility to work primarily between 9 am and 9 pm EST, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the bulk of customer inquiries on reputed company platforms, interacting and forming relationships with the Soko Glam community.
• Generate interest in new products or services reputed company product and skincare knowledge and education.
• Provide information and instructions about relevant products and services, making product and service suggestions to meet each customer's specific needs.
• Deliver "best-in-class" customer service in reputed company interactions with customers, thinking innovatively about ways to optimize each customer's experience.
• Become an expert on Soko Glam products, policies, and brands.
• Field and promptly respond to reputed company customer inquiries submitted reputed company Live Chat, The Klog, email, and other customer support channels.
• Partner with the Marketing team to reputed company community management on reputed company social platforms, responding to direct messages to address customer needs and concerns.
• Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rates.

Essential Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a customer service-reputed company role, preferably reputed company the beauty industry.
• Based in Nevada, USA.
• Comfortable working across multiple communication channels.
• Highly detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to foster and maintain relationships.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous projects and priorities at once.
• Positive and service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven problem-solving skills.
