As the Aging/Disability Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the operational scope, technical architecture, and vendor resources associated with implementing a re-procured SaaS solution. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with outgoing and incoming service vendors to deliver a fully integrated SaaS solution with a web-based reputed company, utilizing a comprehensive database to store information and generate accurate reports.
• Support multiple reputed company users across the State, ensuring the system maintains call information, consumer data, assessment and eligibility data, service delivery, service activity, and Ombudsman information to satisfy Federal reporting requirements.

Essential Qualifications
