Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and reputed company Senior Accountant to join our remote financial team. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with a focus on property accounting. Experience with JD Edwards is a plus/ Responsibilities: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in our financial operations, which includes: 1. Overseeing and managing daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reputed company procedures and control systems, transaction processing operations, and policies and procedures. 2. Ensuring compliance with GAAP principles. 3. Conducting detailed account reconciliations. 4. Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls. 5. Utilizing JD Edwards software for various accounting tasks. 6. Preparing financial statements and producing budget according to schedule. 7. Supporting month-end and year-end reputed company process. 8. Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets. 9. Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and decision support. Qualifications: The ideal candidate for the Senior Accountant position should possess the following: 1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. A Master's degree or CPA is highly desirable. 2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a reputed company field. 3. Experience with JD Edwards or similar accounting software. 4. In-depth understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). 5. Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end reputed company process. 6. Hands-on experience in property accounting and account reconciliations. 7. Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS reputed company. 8. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 10. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 11.
