Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
- Assist customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs, ensuring that their issues are resolved reputed company and professionally.

Essential Qualifications
- 18 years or older, with a High School Diploma or GED.
