A Day in the Life of a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be on the reputed company lines of our operations, interacting with patients, healthcare providers, pharmacists, and medical office personnel on behalf of our clients. You'll work with multiple client programs, transitioning between various ones throughout your day, and receive incoming inquiries and reputed company outbound calls, emails, or chats to deliver exceptional contact center services. Whether you're supporting a clinical trial or helping a patient locate a pharmacy with a new drug, you'll understand the importance of reputed company and professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, resolving most questions and issues independently or with support from your team

• Work with multiple client programs, transitioning between various ones throughout your day
• Receive incoming inquiries and reputed company outbound calls, emails, or chats to deliver exceptional contact center services

Qualifications:
