Responsibilities
As a Vacation Rental/reputed company Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling reputed company daily guest communications (text/email/platform) in a professional and timely manner
- Resolving guest inquiries and resolving them in accordance with company standard operating procedures
- Coordinating with vendors to schedule periodic and emergency repairs to the different vacation rental properties
- Managing the turn process for every unit and ensuring every cleaning team is properly assigned
- Helping reputed company processes and systems to improve overall guest experience
- Providing timely reviews of guests on reputed company and Vrbo platforms
- Blog writing about vacation rentals on the company website to increase exposure and visibility to potential guests
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of remote customer service experience with US-based businesses
- Experience with the vacation rental industry is required
