About the Role
As a Customer Care Representative I at blithequark, you'll be the voice of our customers, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers through reputed company aspects of the order process. You'll be the go-to person for customers, addressing their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Your role will be to build strong relationships with customers, both internal and external, and to provide proactive service by educating them about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide customer service to our customers in a call center environment, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide customer service to external blithequark customers, addressing reputed company aspects of the order process, including order placement, customer and plant follow-up, and product inquiries.
- Provide proactive service to customers by educating them about our products and services, and assisting our Sales Department in placing proactive outgoing service calls to customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, keeping accurate real-time records of reputed company conversations in our database.
- Build relationships with external and internal blithequark customers reputed company phone and email to assist with reputed company inquiries.
- Work as a sales support for our Sales Team, providing world-class service by delivering an effortless customer experience.

* A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, but not required.
- Prior customer service experience in a call center environment is preferred.
- An outgoing and energetic attitude, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with strong computer skills, including reputed company Business Suite.
- A team player with excellent problem-solving capabilities, who can reputed company well under pressure.
