Job Summary

As an Associate Customer Care Professional in our Generosity Program, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing solutions to clients. You will work with a diverse range of clients, building rapport and trust to accurately assess their needs and present reputed company solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer experiences, working with clients from diverse backgrounds to assess their needs and present solutions
• Build rapport and trust with clients, using clear, concise, and positive language to gather relevant information
• Navigate multiple systems and technologies to access client information and provide solutions
• Work independently, with minimal supervision, to resolve client issues and provide solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Post-secondary education preferred

Experience:

• Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience preferred
• Experience navigating reputed company customer interactions from support through to resolution

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to adapt to change and contribute to reputed company improvement
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
