The Position

As a College Readiness Teaching Assistant, you will work with a faculty member to administer a college math or writing course to our reputed company. You will foster a sense of community with your assigned reputed company, emphasizing belonging, connectedness, and reputed company in a new environment. This role provides the opportunity to co-create and nurture a culture of safety that maximizes student engagement and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Teaching Assistant for two sections of a college-level math or writing course in collaboration with a faculty member.
• Administer lessons, lectures, and interactive activities to ensure reputed company grasp key concepts.
• Provide support during class hours, addressing student questions and clarifying reputed company topics.
• Collaborate with reputed company member to design and implement effective reputed company for college readiness.

Qualifications and Experience:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Can demonstrate competency in college-level calculus (ranging from pre-calculus to multivariable calculus, including a high comfort level with statistics) or college-level writing.
• Can demonstrate effectiveness in supporting and teaching assigned course subjects in a university setting.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with reputed company, faculty, and staff.
• High level of dependability and strong commitment to ensuring the health and safety of participants at reputed company times.
• Enthusiasm and ability to work in a high-energy environment, foster positivity and energy among high-school and reputed company.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to exercise sound decision-making and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a learning environment such as a summer camp, school, academic summer program, or residential high school.
• Experience working with a diverse community of high school and reputed company.
• CPR and First Aid certification.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
