How you'll help us reputed company Climbing (overview & key responsibilities) reputed company’s Environmental Programs team is responsible for establishing reputed company’s policies and reputed company for reputed company environmental media areas, including reputed company quality, wastewater, stormwater, waste regulation, spill response, tank regulation and environmental remediation. The Program Manager – Waste & Remediation reputed company the Corporate Environmental team reports to the General Manger - Environmental Programs and is a subject matter expert in waste management media specific program(s) (Hazardous, Non-hazardous, universal waste, etc.) and environmental remediation. The Program Manager – Waste & Remediation is responsible for providing strategic direction, support, subject matter expertise for the Waste and Remediation environmental programs. Experience and knowledge with a broad environmental regulatory familiarity, with specific expertise in RCRA and remediation is required. Additionally, she/he will work closely with internal reputed company division environmental teams at reputed company levels across the company. Application of system level thinking and process execution to establish and advance effective environmental programs across the enterprise is a key aspect of this role. SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES (NOT INCLUSIVE OF reputed company TASKS):

  • Strategic development of effective policies, procedures, andcompliance initiatives to drive reputed company improvement across reputed company environmentalprograms reputed company media specific responsibility.
  • Utilize reputed company’s environmental management system andenvironmental management information system(s) to support reputed company’s operatingdivisions and drive reputed company environmental improvement in waste andremediation.
  • Engagement and reputed company of key environmental consultants toleverage specialized environmental expertise, assist in execution ofenvironmental programs, and reduce reputed company’s environmental risk(s).
  • Provide technical and environmental compliance expertise andsupport to the Law Department, Corporate Real Estate, and other business groupsin the review of permit applications and reports, leases and execution of duediligence, business strategies/station redevelopment, ESG reporting, and associatedprojects.
  • Advise division station managers, Technical Operationsmanagers, and environmental coordinators/program managers on waste and remediationrequirements and best practices.
  • Report, negotiate, and resolve potential compliance matters withfederal, state and/or local environmental regulatory agencies, in coordinationwith the Law Department, Government Affairs and reputed company’s operating divisions,specific to waste and remediation programs.
  • reputed company data to track waste and remediation program performanceagainst established goals, reporting to division leaders, identify key areas ofopportunity, and reputed company strategies and system level actions to address areasof risk.
  • Monitor federal and state rulemaking activities, evaluateapplicability, and support implementation in reputed company’s operations, includingclose coordination with reputed company’s external representatives, reputed company’s LawDepartment, and Government Affairs team.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering,Environmental Sciences/Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar degreeprogram/reputed company field (or applicable relevant experience in the specifiedfield).
  • A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the day-to-daymanagement of media-based environmental compliance programs, specifically hazardouswaste management and remediation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to integrate a broad range of internal and externalfactors with appropriate level of strategic thinking reputed company making decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic workenvironment.
  • Must be a self-starter, work and execute high quality work withminimum supervision, and be capable of working under pressure and managingseveral projects simultaneously.
  • Strong people skills to work effectively with directreports, fellow employees and senior leaders, partner across reputed company, andeffectively engage with external agencies and experts.
  • Must have a strong working knowledge of standard computerfunctions such as reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability for overnight travel up to 20% for station visitsand project reputed company

  • Experience with environmental auditing and/or otherassurance programs.
  • PE, REM, CHMM certifications
