Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company HRIS Analyst to serve as the reputed company of contact for employee and manager inquiries regarding our HR systems. As an HRIS Analyst, you will provide accurate and timely information to resolve inquiries and issues, while maintaining a high level of customer service. You will also collaborate with our HR team and external partners to reputed company and execute test cases, cross-train in other HRIS functions, and reputed company other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR System Support: Provide day-to-day support to Employee Central users for issues such as badge numbers, workflow, and general navigation in reputed company modules.
  • Employee and Manager Inquiries: Respond to employee and manager inquiries through telephone and email support regarding reputed company HR systems, including reputed company's Employee Central, EC Payroll, and SuccessFactors.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Distribute reports from Employee Central modules (i.e., Learning, Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, EC core).
  • Learning Management System: Collaborate with the Learning Administrator to maintain and administer the Learning Management System and reputed company Now.
  • Project Support: reputed company and execute test cases for Onboarding projects and additional upcoming mini-projects (e.g., Career Paths, reputed company).
  • Cross-Training: Cross-train in Workforce Solutions and reputed company to ensure coverage and support for other HRIS functions.
  • Other Duties: reputed company other duties as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in an HR/data analyst role (additional consideration given to shared service center environment experience).
  • HRIS Technology: Proficient skills using HRIS technology, including navigation, data changes, and reporting.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills needed to communicate with a wide span of audiences.
  • Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrates strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR Certification: HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Additional Experience: Additional experience in an HRIS analyst role or reputed company field preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with reputed company's Employee Central, EC Payroll, and SuccessFactors preferred.
