Job Overview

As a Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the development of strategic proposals that showcase our brand and solutions to clients. You'll work closely with executives and stakeholders across the organization to craft compelling responses to client requests for proposals, ensuring that our brand is represented in a rapidly evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of proposals through every stage, including capturing input from contributors, researching, analyzing, and personalizing content to client needs.
  • Conceptualize and develop graphics, and resolve issues to ensure seamless proposal delivery.
  • Refine value propositions, solution depictions, and help pinpoint unique selling points that differentiate our brand.
  • Read and interpret solicitation documents (RFPs) to identify critical content items required for compliant responses.
  • Serve as technical writer, proofreader, and editor to ensure high-quality proposal content.
  • Adhere to published global brand guidelines and style guides for all projects.

  • Help maintain the library of assets and provide project status reports at regularly scheduled checkpoints with leadership.
  • Perform other related project management and design tasks as assigned.

  • 5-10 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field.
