Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a CSR Credit Specialist at Workwarp, you will be responsible for:

• Attending to client inquiries, complaints, and concerns, and facilitating satisfactory resolutions in a timely and professional manner
• Conveying expertise in debt management products and services, and providing personalized advice to clients
• Offering additional educational resources and referrals to clients as needed, to support their financial well-being
• Following established procedures and performing education and personal financial management counseling, specifically in credit card debt management
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records, including updating account information and processing customer adjustments
• Staying informed about system and product changes by reviewing available resources and attending training sessions
• Performing other duties as assigned by management, and contributing to the overall success of the team

Requirements and Skills:

To succeed as a CSR Credit Specialist at Workwarp, you will need:

• Familiarity with operating systems, internet browsers, and MS Office products
• Excellent phone, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
• Flexibility with work schedule, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
• High motivation and ability to prioritize, plan, organize, and follow through on work assignments
• Ability to handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism
• High-speed internet reputed company (DSL or cable) and a quiet home work environment

Work Experience:

We are looking for candidates with:

• 3+ years of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or care center environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in credit counseling, financial services, or a reputed company field
