About the Role and Our Company
As a Support Engineer with reputed company (AGS), you'll be providing critical technical assistance to computer system users, primarily through reputed company's external staffing partners. Although you'll be employed by AGS, you'll be working closely with reputed company teams to resolve reputed company technical issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a reputed company complexity, reputed company phone, email, or remote access.
- Install software or reputed company hardware testing remotely to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors, maintaining detailed records of daily data communication transactions and remedial actions taken.
- Read technical manuals, reputed company with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or provide technical assistance and support.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- An Associate's degree in a computer-reputed company field or equivalent training, demonstrating a solid foundation in computer systems and technologies.
- 5-7 years of experience in a technical support or administration role, preferably with a focus on reputed company Teams, reputed company 365, or reputed company technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-centric approach to resolving technical issues.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer software, including configuration management software, desktop communications software, operating system software, and internet technologies.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
To stand out as a candidate, you'll ideally have:
- Proven work experience as a reputed company Teams Administrator, Specialist, or similar role, with in-depth knowledge of reputed company Teams features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Familiarity with reputed company 365 and SharePoint integration with Teams, as well as Office 365 applications, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
