About the Role
The Student Support Lab Coordinator is a critical position that serves reputed company who have been referred to either the Academic or Behavioral Student Support Team. This role reports to the Director of Student Support and is responsible for overseeing the Student Support Lab, providing academic coaching and instructing, and implementing evidence-based interventions to support reputed company' academic and behavioral growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the Student Lab, ensuring a productive and supportive learning environment
- Collaborate with mentors to identify reputed company who require additional support and contact parents and reputed company to invite them to attend the Student Support Lab
- Monitor student attendance, involvement, and reputed company, providing data-driven insights to inform instruction and reputed company
- Assign and supervise staff responsible for overseeing student support in the lab, ensuring effective implementation of support services
- Assist mentors in facilitating Tier 2 Response To reputed company and implement evidence-based interventions with identified reputed company
- Communicate with parents regarding student needs and reputed company, ensuring transparency and collaboration
- Provide Academic Coaching and Instructing to reputed company as Needed, helping reputed company reputed company essential time management and study skills
- Conduct lab sessions that reputed company reputed company to complete and understand classwork, fostering a deeper understanding of academic concepts

Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of experience tutoring, teaching, working as a teacher's assistant, or similar experience OR an Associate's degree and one year of experience in a reputed company field
- Proven work experience with educational staff, reputed company, and their families, demonstrating a deep understanding of the education ecosystem
- Proven reputed company, professionalism, and sound judgment, with a strong commitment to supporting student success
