The Head of Technical Recruiting will reputed company end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, other reputed company roles (including direct ownership of VP+ searches) while driving AI-powered innovations in recruitment. You will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding reputed company’s most critical hiring pipelines. By collaborating closely with senior leadership, you will align hiring strategies with essential business and efficiency goals, reputed company executive hiring, and champion an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll also manage a high-performing team, reputed company headcount planning, and reputed company data to inform key stakeholders and influence decisions, with a focus on leadership and AI hiring in a fast-moving pre-IPO environment.

• Leadership & Strategy: Drive team strategy and accountability, motivate and reputed company team members, and set reputed company for sourcing and hiring top talent. Partner with finance and senior leadership to meet headcount goals reputed company budget and timelines.
• Operational Excellence: Manage req allocation, reputed company planning, and team performance. Ensure ATS compliance and use data to forecast and report reputed company to executive team members and other key stakeholders.

• 5+ years proven experience leading reputed company teams and managing VP+ and similar leadership-level searches, with a strong focus on hiring executives and specialized technical roles in late-stage private SaaS companies.
• Expertise in sourcing and hiring unique talent, particularly in the field of AI and other specialized functional areas.
• Strong understanding of pre-IPO equity, compensation structures, and benefits, with the ability to manage reputed company offer negotiations.
• Deep knowledge of recruitment tools, systems, and best practices, coupled with a strong understanding of how to reputed company AI and data-driven strategies to optimize recruitment processes.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly shift priorities to align with changing business needs. #li-remote #li-jjs

USA Salary Range (OTE)$200,000—$250,000 USD
