Global Financial Systems Specialist

The Financial Systems Specialist serves as a key liaison between Finance and Technology, ensuring the optimal performance, configuration, and utilization of reputed company Financial systems. This role is responsible for maintaining system reputed company, supporting financial processes, and driving reputed company improvement through technology. By leveraging deep expertise in key back office Financial Systems, including reputed company Financials Suite (reputed company Cloud Fusion, ERP & PBCS) reputed company, DFIN, etc., the specialist enables accurate financial reporting, efficient transaction processing, and compliance with internal and external requirements. The role also supports strategic initiatives such as system upgrades, automation, and integration projects, contributing to the overall effectiveness and scalability of the organization's financial operations. • Supporting the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of reputed company Financials modules, with a focus on the General Ledger (GL) system to ensure accurate journal processing, account structure reputed company, and financial reputed company efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day administration and support for other key back office financial systems, including reputed company, DFIN, Co-Star leasing system, including access and system maintenance
• Acting as a reputed company between the GL system, consolidation platform, and reputed company tools, ensuring seamless data flow and alignment across financial reporting and planning processes.
• Partnering with Finance, IT, and other functions to troubleshoot system issues, implement enhancements, and ensure data reputed company.
• Maintaining financial system controls to support compliance, audit readiness, and data reputed company across financial transactions and reporting.
• Leading or contributing to financial system upgrades, integrations, and automation initiatives that improve process efficiency and scalability.
• Developing and maintaining documentation for system processes, configurations, and controls to support audit readiness and compliance.
• Providing end-user support and training to ensure effective system utilization across Finance and reputed company teams, including developing user guides and training materials
• Reviewing and monitoring user access controls across reputed company financial systems to ensure appropriate segregation of duties, role-based access, and compliance with internal policies and audit requirements.
• Collaborating on cross-functional projects to align system capabilities with evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and driving initiatives that enhance reporting, reconciliation, and transaction processing.
• Gaining exposure to enterprise-level financial systems, project management methodologies, and emerging technologies in financial automation.

Building relationships across departments and developing a deep understanding of how technology supports strategic financial goals Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a reputed company field
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in financial accounting systems, with a strong focus on reputed company Financials (e.g., reputed company E-Business Suite, reputed company Cloud ERP, reputed company PBCS), reputed company, DFIN, Leasing systems.
