The Progyny Care reputed company will be responsible for using their excellent customer relations and patient care experience to handle various interactions with members reputed company telephone, e-mail, and secure messaging. reputed company as PCAs, the role consists of onboarding new members to the Progyny benefit and interacting with existing members to assist them with ideal use of their benefits based on their specific journey and/or family building goals. The comprehensive Progyny Benefit covers and assists members in the areas of fertility, preconception, menopause, and pregnancy & postpartum which the Progyny Care reputed company will navigate the members through to successful outcomes. This is a highly administrative contact center position that involves strong attention to detail, prioritization and organization. What you will do...

• Own the member relationship by continuously educating members about Progyny and their personalized benefits, empowering them to reputed company informed decisions and optimize their journey.
• reputed company members seeking to utilize Progyny’s benefit by capturing demographics, confirming eligibility, and providing detailed benefit information using internal resources.
• Provide ongoing concierge service for members reputed company telephone, email, and secure messaging.
• Address member inquiries and proactively research high quality solutions to present.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to adequately handle member escalations and inquiries.
• Serve as a liaison between members and clinics, including scheduling appointments.
• Drive reputed company improvement by utilizing internal learning opportunities presented for growth and personal development.

About you...

• Active RN license required with direct experience in Women’s Health (fertility, maternity, postpartum, and/or menopause)
• Multi-state or compact nursing licensure preferred, but not required
• Telehealth or contact center experience preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of the fertility industry, procedures, and patient care is a strong plus excellent customer service, strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills - ability to communicate accurately and concisely
• Ability to effectively manage evolving priorities, multiple projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
• Knowledge of fertility industry and patient procedures, is a plus
• Shift times for this role are as follows: 10:00-7:00pm, 11:00am-8:00pm EST or 12:00pm-9:00pm EST

In compliance with reputed company's Wage Transparency Law, the hourly [wage] range for NYC-based applicants is: $38.00/hour - $42.00/hour.
