Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and reputed company Program Manager to reputed company the execution of new product development projects from concept through launch. In this highly collaborative, remote role, you’ll utilize your technical expertise and program management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, drive schedules, manage budgets, and deliver results. Approximately 70% of your time will be dedicated to hands-on program management activities. Experience with liquid cooling or thermal management technologies is a strong plus, as is familiarity with UL and EMC testing requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, risk, and deliverables with a focus on hitting milestones and achieving program objectives.
• Utilize technical background to support teams in troubleshooting, decision making, and solution development.
• Monitor and report project status to leadership, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
• Ensure programs reputed company with relevant quality, safety, and regulatory standards, including UL and EMC testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Technical, or reputed company discipline (required).
• 5+ years of program or project management experience, particularly with new product development.

• Strong technical background; prior hands-on engineering experience preferred.
• Familiarity with UL and EMC testing requirements.
• Experience or exposure to liquid cooling technologies or thermal management is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organization, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or similar certification.
• Knowledge of additional compliance standards (IEC, CE, CSA).
• Experience with project management tools/software.
