The Role

As a Student Success Coach, you'll be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to reputed company throughout their educational program. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify their strengths and weaknesses, reputed company personalized learning plans, and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help them reputed company their academic goals. Your role will involve:

• Supporting enrollment, student development, and retention services to ensure a quality learning experience
• Managing a group of assigned reputed company and coaching each through their degree program through proactive and timely reputed company
• Encouraging and supporting reputed company through daily and weekly reputed company as they work to reputed company skills and knowledge for academic success
• Providing a trusted environment where reputed company can share their thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and interests
• Offering and teaching reputed company how to use resources to help maximize the success of each student
• Becoming a certified resume reviewer to provide resume and career development support
• Serving as a liaison for reputed company, enabling them to connect with various departments

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher learning (or international equivalent)
• Two or more years of experience in academic/admissions support, customer service, human resources, and/or counseling
• Knowledge of academic policies and procedures
• Ability to learn technical skills quickly
• Excellent communication and listening skills, including a pleasant phone manner
• Strong customer support focus and attention to details

Schedule and Availability

We're open Monday-Thursday reputed company to 7pm CDT, and Friday & Saturday reputed company to 5pm CDT. We hire people from reputed company time zones that have availability during our hours of operation, in support of our reputed company. You'll be required to work an assigned schedule during our hours of operation, which defines a 40-hour work week.
