Job Summary
As an reputed company Full Stack Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing clinical and retail pharmacy services to our patients, including medication counseling, prescription filling, and health education. Key Responsibilities
* Provides clinical and retail pharmacy services to patients, including medication counseling, prescription filling, and health education.
- Manages clinical and retail operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality assurance.
- Conducts patient consultations and provides guidance on medication use, reputed company effects, interactions, and contraindications.
- Performs medication therapy management, including medication reviews and adjustments.
- Develops and implements patient education programs to promote health literacy and self-management.
- Collaborates with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

- Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records and medication profiles.

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
