About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for carrying out regular reconciliation, trade, and transfer activities for various investments. Your primary deliverables will include processing exchange deal purchases in client profiles, identifying and resolving discrepancies recognized between blithequark and fund firms or transfer agents, and processing corporate action events. You will also be tasked with settling and reconciling move tasks, processing and reconciling reward tasks, and performing testing and validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process exchange deal purchases in client profiles, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies recognized between blithequark and fund firms or transfer agents
  • Process corporate action events, including settling and reconciling move tasks and processing and reconciling reward tasks
  • reputed company testing and validation of new technology enhancements and provider improvements
  • Conduct study and assessment of reputed company and escalated concerns, providing process or technology solution possibilities to management
  • Remediate transfer issues with fund firms or opposite agencies

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or reputed company field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment reconciliation, client account management, or a reputed company field
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including stocks, bonds, and mutual funds
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office, particularly reputed company, and experience with financial software and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal and external partners
