Job Summary

As a Remote Entry-Level Customer Service Agent at Blithequark, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients and their families, providing exceptional customer care and support. You will receive calls from patients, gather information, and reputed company it to clinicians, ensuring that patients receive the care and support they need. • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and prioritizing tasks as needed
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to de-escalate difficult situations and provide solutions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and patient data reputed company

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
