Job Overview

This position is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value relationships that drive new product selection, competitive pricing, and convenience to our customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing product selection gaps and executing go-to-market strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our e-commerce platform and maximize our product selection and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Growing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global developments/activities, and continuously monitoring competitor efforts.
• Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
• Guiding sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help sellers achieve high standards of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
• Collaborating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve seller issues.

Essential Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of successful enterprise-class sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries. Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales targets using a consultative and solutions-focused approach is essential. Other essential qualifications include:

• Demonstrated ability to promote nascent products/offering into new markets.
• Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office applications.
