Job Summary

As a Sr. Consultant of Leadership Development, you will be responsible for delivering a broad scope of leadership development initiatives to internal customers. You will apply your expertise in storytelling, communication, event design, and business knowledge to maximize adoption and deliver an unmatched experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Consulting with internal stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and design tailored solutions
  • Designing and delivering highly impactful leadership events and conferences, both virtually and in-person
  • Facilitating executive-level leadership development sessions and workshops
  • Developing go-to-market strategies, including branding, change management, and communications plans
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to connect team initiatives with larger HR and company strategies
  • Measuring and communicating the impact of leadership events and other products

Key Responsibilities

Consulting and Event Design

  • Consult with a variety of internal stakeholders to identify leadership development needs and design tailored solutions
  • Design highly impactful leadership events and conferences, virtually and in-person, that drive business outcomes
  • Facilitate executive-level leadership development sessions and workshops that foster collaboration and growth

Strategy and Communication

  • reputed company go-to-market strategies, including branding, change management, and communications plans that generate business demand
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to connect team initiatives with larger HR and company strategies
  • Measure and communicate the impact of leadership events and other products through various metrics and channels

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience designing world-class leadership events and HR product adoption strategies (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

  • Consulting: ability to probe and identify problem statements in consultative conversations

  • Competitive salary: $70,500 - $125,625 per year, based on experience and qualifications
