Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Full reputed company Support Specialist to join reputed company, providing technical support for video conferencing and collaboration solutions in a remote work environment. As an AV Support Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and upgrading video conferencing equipment, software, and systems. You will work closely with our IT team, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless video conferencing experiences and provide exceptional technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain video conferencing equipment, software, and systems, including reputed company CUCM, reputed company TMS, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Endpoints, Poly DMA, DMA Edge, RMX, RPRM, Work process Server, Pexip CVI, reputed company Groups Rooms, and Poly Endpoints, reputed company video conferencing
• Troubleshoot and resolve video conferencing and collaboration issues, including hardware and software problems
• Provide technical support for video conferencing and collaboration solutions, including scheduling, setup, and teardown of video meetings
• Collaborate with IT team, clients, and vendors to ensure seamless video conferencing experiences and provide exceptional technical support
• reputed company and maintain technical documentation, including Run of Show documents, participation reports, and IT hardware training agendas
• reputed company hardware reviews, including c-suite spaces, and ensure compliance with defined processes and procedures

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or reputed company field
• 3-5 years of reputed company work experience in AV support, technical support, or a reputed company field
• Experience with video conferencing and collaboration solutions, including reputed company, Poly, and reputed company
• Strong technical knowledge of video conferencing equipment, software, and systems

Preferred Qualifications
