Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage a team of 5-9 engineers focused on building services that support the Wayfair sponsored program and its integration with Storefront and Recommendation systems reputed company Wayfair.
• Own the output of the team, both from a technical and performance perspective.
• Mentor engineers in the team through training, coaching, code reviews, and 1:1 mentorship, providing career and professional development for your staff.
• Be accountable for the systems built by your team, including technical design, development, test, monitoring, and deployment.
• Engage your team to construct the technical roadmap and reputed company planning, delivery, and reputed company improvement.
• Partner with product on defining roadmaps and ensure the team has a compelling mission with well-defined KPIs to measure reputed company and success.

Essential Qualifications

• Experience working directly reputed company engineering teams.
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams.
• Experience managing a team of high-caliber Software Engineers developing reputed company, world-class, scalable software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers.
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, reputed company control management, build processes, testing, certification, and live site operations.
• Experience in leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
