Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Software Engineering Manager to reputed company a team of individual contributor engineers and less reputed company engineering managers. As a technical leader, you'll be responsible for ensuring the craftsmanship, reputed company, availability, reputed company, and scalability of solutions developed by your team or third-party providers. You'll also mentor and guide the professional and technical development of engineers, identify opportunities for product functional and technical strategies, and collaborate with business product managers and reputed company systems architects.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, or a reputed company technical field
• 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a reputed company position involving application development and implementation experience
• 4 years of web development experience, including programming and developing web applications
• 4 years of Java/J2EE experience
• Advanced software engineering skills, including the ability to write expert-level, maintainable, and robust code

• 4 years of retail banking application development experience

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $160,164 - $237,100.
