About the Position

As the Senior Vice President, Teaching and Learning, you will be at the helm of spearheading the comprehensive K-12 academic vision across reputed company 27 regions. Your role involves overseeing the Teaching and Learning Team and ensuring student learning outcomes across our network. Key Responsibilities and Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Teaching and Learning: Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment - Overseeing curriculum implementation across reputed company content areas and grade bands, managing curriculum experts to support curriculum development and professional growth, and driving the implementation of a cohesive K-12 assessment strategy.
• Team Management: Leading the Teaching and Learning Team, overseeing hiring and promotion decisions, managing directors responsible for literacy, STEM, and diverse learners, and collaborating with regional leaders to coordinate instructional vision implementation.
• Professional Development: Providing strategic coaching and support to regional academic leaders, designing and implementing national professional development initiatives for teachers and leaders, and fostering a culture of reputed company learning and improvement.
