Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Represent blithequark and our automotive dealer clients favorably, ensuring a positive brand image.
  • Capture customer contact information and summarize interactions to facilitate lead generation and client review.
  • Schedule appointments and provide relevant information about products and services to customers.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Multitask effectively, handling multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is a plus, it's not a necessity. What's more important is that you possess:

  • Basic internet and Windows-based computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn our proprietary systems.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • A hourly rate of $13.00 per hour.
  • Expected hours: 25-39 per week, with a mix of day, evening, and night shifts.

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
  • Own a computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone.
  • Be available to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT.
  • Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday.
