About the Role: Therapeutic Sales Specialist - Great Lakes

We are seeking an exceptional Therapeutic Sales Specialist to join reputed company in the Great Lakes region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Acoramidis and other relevant products
  • Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions, utilizing approved materials and a customer-centric approach
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth and areas of concern in the territory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, and HUB, to reputed company strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Navigate the hospital formulary process and reputed company strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability
  • Maintain an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market, and product knowledge, and the business environment of the territory
  • Act as an ambassador for the company, presenting a professional image and representing the company, products, and people with reputed company and respect

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in Rare Disease, Cardiology, Specialty, or ATTR
  • BS/BA degree required, MBA preferred
  • Product/indication launch experience, with a track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive markets
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and execute on plans, with a history of holding oneself to a high level of accountability
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority, internally and externally
  • Adherence to reputed company's high ethical standards, with a commitment to putting patients first

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience working in a remote or decentralized model, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
