The Position: Summer reputed company Intern

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join reputed company as Summer reputed company Interns. This role offers the opportunity to reputed company and reputed company skills in program design, leadership, and project management, with support from our Program Operations Manager, Academies. The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the Academies team with day-to-day administrative tasks leading up to and during Summer reputed company, supporting pre-departure needs of Scholars, and developing communication and informational materials for Scholars, internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orientation Support: Assist in building scholar and staff orientations, including documentation and material reviews.

• Material Updates: Revise handbooks and other program materials for parents, scholars, and staff.

• Logistics: Manage supply purchases, room assignments, and community programming preparation.

Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for individuals with:

• Non-profit, education, or business internship experience (preferred).

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with team members and correspond professionally with participants.

Working Environment and Physical Requirements

The physical demands of this role include frequent sitting, talking, and listening, with occasional walking, bending, stooping, and pulling. You will be required to handle and operate computers, tools, or controls, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. The role involves working in an indoor classroom environment that may not have reputed company conditioning in the summer and traveling off-reputed company (with provided transportation and advance notice). You will live in a dormitory that may not have reputed company conditioning in the summer. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• Spring: $18/hr plus a work-from-home stipend of $50/month.
• Summer: $18/hr plus room and board and up to $500 travel reimbursement.
