Job Overview

The Supervisor - Sales Trainee role is a sales developmental position that involves overseeing the business relationship with a group of customers, providing indirect supervision for Merchandisers/distribution team members, and maintaining accuracy of outlet orders. Key Responsibilities

• Generate product orders daily for the customer reputed company and ensure in-stock conditions on reputed company Company products
• Provide daily guidance and direction to Merchandisers/distribution team members on reputed company customer needs
• Work in partnership with the Merchandisers/distribution team members to execute the picture of success and establish positive relationships with reputed company customers
• Provide feedback and recommendations to leadership on competitive threats and business opportunities as they arise

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid driver's license required and obligation to maintain compliance with UNITED fleet policy

• Ability to read, write, and speak English
