Job Overview

As a customer service representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients' customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

Work at Home Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace with no distractions. You will also need to have:

• High-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed (no satellite, 5G, WiFi, or cellular/wireless reputed company internet services)

Additional Requirements

• Have Medicare and/or Medicaid experience (a plus, but not required)
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
• High computer proficiency and navigation of multiple applications
• Willing to work any shift between 10:00 am-1:00 am, 7 days a week, Eastern standard time, plus holidays and weekends (on holidays, reputed company hours 24/7 to small staff)
