Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our members, answering their questions and concerns about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from members, answering questions and concerns about their pharmacy benefit plans
- Provide clear and concise information about prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
- Utilize our systems and tools to access member information, process requests, and document interactions
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to our quality and compliance standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and company initiatives

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, or customer service environment
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience

- Associates degree or equivalent experience
