Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership Expertise:

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, or a similar Math or Engineering field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in Software Development as an Engineer, with 2+ years of experience as a Software Manager, leading a team.
• Experience working under an Agile/Scrum methodology, performing business requirement analysis and design with strong prioritization skills to identify minimal viable products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to reputed company teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focusing on getting results and delivering value to partners.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as Java and Python, with experience in architecture, design, development, and implementation.
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and proficiency in cloud architecture design and implementation.

Our salary range for a Software Development Manager position is $146,500.00 - $234,500.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including relevant experience, education, and work location.
