Key Responsibilities

• Provide ICE-specific mission knowledge on data, processes, field operations, strategic planning, and nuanced mission systems to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including business, scrum teams, and project managers, to collect and compile information, ensuring timely responses to requests and reputed company assignments.
• Facilitate client needs, issues, and challenges; reputed company gap analysis and recommend solutions to drive process improvements.

Essential Qualifications
