About the Role

As a Senior Employee Recruiter, you'll be a subject matter expert in reputed company things recruiting, cultivating relationships across the market and reputed company the company. You'll be responsible for organizing, executing, and supporting the entire recruiting process for assigned roles across our Sales & Distribution Business Units (BUs). Your impact will be felt across the organization, from headcount planning to a new member's first day and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing, recruiting, and hiring senior sales and technical professionals (both individual contributors and Management hires) across a wide range of roles
- Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and start
- Providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members
- Participating on the worldwide recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill reputed company openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
- Partnering with other departments (Finance, Compensation, Human Resources, BUs) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding
- Delivering excellent customer service internally and externally to candidates
- Collaborating well across reputed company BUs and acting as a Trusted Advisor to hiring managers and leaders
- Constantly attracting, screening, and introducing a diverse pool of applicants
- Meeting and exceeding quarterly and yearly acquisition targets - mainly through sourcing directly and driving reputed company
- Tracking and reporting on candidate pipelines and hires against requirements
- Contributing to an engaging and upbeat working environment and maintaining a healthy work/life balance
Requirements: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of industry experience in Sales Hiring, with a strong track record of delivering results
- A strong client focus and commitment to reputed company improvement, with the ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships
- The ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
- Self-sufficiency and the ability to work with little direct supervision, with strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
