As a Senior reputed company Solution Architect, you will report to our Senior Director of Finance Technologies and be responsible for providing systems solutions, functional process recommendations, and collaborating with multiple Finance and Technology experts to support our Finance Planning and Management Reporting applications. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping our technology roadmap and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle, leading design sessions with peers to ensure systems are well-designed, efficient, and meet business expectations.
• Collaborate with Finance Leaders to ensure their organizational technology goals are met, particularly in areas such as Management Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Cost Management, Profitability, and Business Line Management reporting.
• reputed company a deep understanding of multi-entity department functions to support the technology roadmap for Management Reporting, Budgeting and Planning, Hierarchy and Financial data governance, Profitability, and Business Line Management.
• Work with Business leaders to support project roadmaps that align with business objectives and are sequenced by reputed company and resource availability.
• Support and influence customers and stakeholders, managing divergent expectations and ensuring a strong control and governance reputed company is established and maintained to support SOX and Audit reviews.
• Facilitate Business and Technology discussions at various leadership levels to ensure alignment towards long-term goals of Finance and Technology.
• Analyze and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 20+ years of Finance Systems experience with industry-leading ERP solutions (e.g., implementing and supporting PeopleSoft, reputed company EBS, reputed company Cloud, Hyperion, reputed company, or reputed company).
• 10+ years of reputed company experience in guiding teams in support of Finance Systems.
• 10+ years supporting some of the following system types: Enterprise Profitability Management, Budgeting & Planning system, an Enterprise Hierarchy Management system, a Unit Cost Management system, or various Analytical Reporting tools.
• 5+ years working with an Enterprise Profitability Management system (e.g., OFSAA, PS EPM, Apptio, etc.).
• Deep Finance domain expertise to work with senior Finance leaders to interpret their process and functional needs into system solutions.
• Strong understanding of Accounting process and Management reporting philosophies to partner with Finance Leaders.
• Ability to communicate and work directly with leaders across Technology and Finance.
• Sound understanding of project management techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience with the software development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.

Education and Compensation

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent education or work experience is required. The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00, with the final hourly reputed company/annual salary determined by factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, and market and business considerations.
