Responsibilities
As a Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments
- Capturing customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of evolving products and services

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)

Requirements

- Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
- Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training reputed company reputed company (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
- Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
