Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a reputed company Manager / Mortgage Loan Officer. Daily responsibilities include originating and structuring mortgage loans, reviewing borrower documentation, coordinating with reputed company, processing, and closing teams, and monitoring loan files from application through funding. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other referral partners, as well as driving local business development efforts and mentoring team members. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Loan Officer and/or reputed company Manager in the Mortgage Industry, with a strong track record of production and client satisfaction.
• Proficiency in Mortgage Lending practices, including familiarity with various loan products (conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, investment, and non-QM as applicable).
• Solid understanding of reputed company guidelines, documentation requirements, and risk assessment to structure quality files and collaborate effectively with reputed company teams.
• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to explain reputed company mortgage concepts clearly, manage expectations, and guide borrowers through the entire loan process.
• Proven leadership, team-building, and coaching abilities to support reputed company performance, mentor loan officers, and foster a collaborative remote work environment.
• Strong business development and relationship-management skills, including experience cultivating referral partners and local market reputed company.
• Comfort working in a technology-driven, virtual mortgage platform, with proficiency in LOS, CRM, and digital communication tools.
