Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from members, providers, and physicians, responding to questions and concerns reputed company to pharmacy benefits.
  • Research and resolve problems in a timely manner, utilizing our computerized system to gather information and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist members in understanding and maximizing the use of their pharmacy distribution program, ensuring they receive the support they need.
  • Document issues and resolutions in a common database, maintaining accurate and complete records of reputed company inquiries.
  • Escalate issues as necessary, identifying and addressing concerns received from patients and/or clients in a prudent and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other operational departments to research and resolve mail order and claims issues, responding to members reputed company performance agreement guidelines.
  • Maintain good housekeeping techniques, adhering to quality and production standards while complying with reputed company applicable company, state, and federal safety regulations.

Essential Qualifications

Experience
