As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the voice of blithequark, servicing our customers on live chat, phones, email, and social media. You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, reputed company personalized product recommendations, and contribute to a positive, energetic team culture. Key Responsibilities:
