Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, interacting with members, providers, and plan sponsors reputed company phone, web, or written correspondence. You will respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our plans, products, and services. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build trust, and promote our mission.

Key Responsibilities
