Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our PST time zone Medicare Retiree Solution Customer Service Centers. Key Responsibilities

• Educate plan benefits, answer questions, and resolve issues based on incoming telephone member contacts, providing personalized support and solutions.
• Utilize compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution.
• Provide empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations and delivering a positive experience.
• Ensure that every member is shown respect, kindness, and receives thorough answers or resolutions to their questions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Training and Schedule
