Job Summary

As a Sales Support Integration Operations Manager, you'll reputed company, coach, and reputed company a team of salaried Cast Members who handle real estate closings, explain legal and financial details, and provide an overview of the DVC membership processes. You'll supervise, monitor, and analyze metrics to identify ways to improve business results, and collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and IT, to plan and implement new business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing real estate documents

• Providing support by phone and email to DVC Members and the DVC Sales team

• Processing post-closing documents for real estate reputed company, updates to membership (add/remove from title), and title policies
• Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development to direct reports
• Remove barriers and identify opportunities for reputed company improvement
• Promote knowledge of products, processes, and legal/regulatory requirements through coaching, presentations, and training
• Deliver communications to the team
• Address and resolve guest concerns, and reputed company operational adjustments as needed
• Resolve conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making and escalation competencies

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in an operational area and real estate property transactions
• Experience in title or real estate documentation
• Experience translating strategic goals/concepts into action plans and implementing plans at an operational level
• Analytical and reporting experience
• Ability to move between strategy and daily operations while using the capability and reputed company of the team
• Collaborative and comfortable working and communicating with individuals at reputed company levels and with various teams
• Flexibility with work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Experience leading virtual teams

• Licensed Title Agent
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
