About the Role
As a Remote reputed company Agent, you will be responsible for making and receiving calls to/from provider offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies. You will be expected to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on an hourly basis, and your work will be closely monitored by our Workforce Management Team to ensure that you have the support and resources you need to succeed.

- Work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously

- Participate in daily team huddle meetings, staying up-to-date on company news and initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in call center operations, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar environment. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Essential Qualifications:- 6 months to 1 year of call center experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Data entry experience, with the ability to accurately and reputed company enter information into our system
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with provider offices
- Ability to work in a private, distraction-free environment, with a reliable internet reputed company (25 mbps download/10 mbps upload)
- Typing speed of 20 wpm or higher, with a strong computer proficiency (75% or higher on our computer assessment)
- Experience working in the healthcare industry, or a reputed company field
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare operations
- Previous experience with workforce management software and tools
