Job Overview: Remote Overnight Full-Time NY Licensed Nurse Practitioner

We're seeking an reputed company and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join reputed company on a full-time overnight remote basis. As a Nurse Practitioner at reputed company, you'll play a critical role in triaging inbound calls, conducting care coordination, and applying your clinical expertise to manage the care of at-risk adults. Your work will be pivotal in ensuring that our members receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Work overnight shifts (11pm ET - reputed company ET) Monday to Friday, with your last shift ending at reputed company on Saturday morning.
• Triage inbound calls from members, assessing actions to be taken and ensuring timely, appropriate care.
• Conduct care coordination, recommending and identifying cost-effective, research-based treatments and interventions.
• Utilize strong clinical skills in physical assessment and chronic disease management for at-risk adults.

• Serve as a consulting resource on care management practices as needed.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

• Certified and licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in good standing in the reputed company.
• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution for nurse practitioners.

• Certification from ANCC (or equivalent) as an Adult, Family, Geriatric, and/or Acute Nurse Practitioner.
• 1+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with a preference for those qualified for independent practice in their licensed jurisdiction.
• 1+ years of telephonic triage or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of clinical experience working with reputed company adult populations.
• Ability to practice independently with minimal clinical support.

Preferred Qualifications
